These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Scrabhana, an online word game with profiles, multiplayer matches, and messaging. By accessing or using Scrabhana, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Scrabhana. If you use Facebook Login, you must also comply with Facebook's terms and policies.
Accounts
- You are responsible for activity under your account
- Provide accurate profile information and keep it updated
- Do not share account access or attempt to impersonate others
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other players
- Post illegal, hateful, or otherwise prohibited content in chat or DMs
- Cheat, exploit bugs, automate play, or disrupt games or servers
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or attack the service
- Use Scrabhana for spam or commercial solicitation without permission
Gameplay
Scrabhana provides turn-based word games validated against our dictionary. Game outcomes, scores, and word acceptance are determined by the service. We may correct errors, cancel matches, or reset state when needed to keep play fair.
User content
You retain ownership of messages and profile text you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, store, and display that content as needed to operate Scrabhana (for example, showing chat to recipients and profile info to other players).
Third-party services
Scrabhana may use third-party services such as Facebook Login and hosting providers. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services.
Intellectual property
Scrabhana software, branding, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you rights to copy or redistribute the service except as needed for normal personal use.
Disclaimer
Scrabhana is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, scores, or goodwill arising from your use of Scrabhana.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. You may stop using Scrabhana at any time and may request account deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
